This is a fun one and I'm surrounded by law enforcement! Chief of Police Gabe Elliot and Sheriff Austin Brookwell join me for all the 411 on Safe Community Day. I know it sounds boring but it is NOT! You can see a helicopter, ride in a Humvee, experience Robo Bear and quite possibly see our sheriff and chief of police get tased!
Wally Wallace with the Washakie Hospital Foundation Cancer Fund joins me to let our community know what it is going to take to see our cops tased! Over $200,000 has been given to families in the Big Horn Basin fighting cancer and they are hoping to raise $5,000 more at least!
Cheri Bundren also drops by to share about a cancer survivor and care giver event coming up June 9th, "Be Mindful!"
On this episode you'll be reminded how much Washakie County cares!

WDA looks forward to bringing you Hometown Matters each week and we appreciate you stopping by. Find Hometown Matters on your favorite podcast platform. Visit Washakie Development.com or check us out on Facebook.
