Hometown Matters
Training and Tree Trimming!
Almost as many people in Wyoming are lost each year due to suicide as traffic fatalities. Wyoming is one of the leading states in the nation for suicides per 100,000 population. A new focus on mental health and suicide prevention is coming from the Governor’s Office and many organizations across Wyoming. On this episode Lila Jolley Community Prevention Specialist with the Washakie Prevention Coalition will share the details on a program coming to Worland from Prosper that will provide free training and a community night to raise awareness.
In the second half Linda Weeks Marketing Manager with Range will share how you and your family can get involved in the Trim a Tree Program, that will light Pioneer Square this holiday season.
Trim a Tree is sponsored by Range and The City of Worland and heated by Big Horn Heating and Cooling.
